Cancellations
You may cancel your order BEFORE the proofing process begins. We are dedicated to creating the perfect design for your wedding.
Once your order is approved for printing, it immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled.
Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days. We’re committed to providing beautiful wedding stationery and will be happy to work with you.
If your stationery arrives with a typo that was approved during the proofing process, a DISCOUNTED reprint will be offered for your convenience.
Returns
Custom stationery is printed uniquely for you and cannot be returned.
Table numbers and non-custom signs can be returned in new, unopened condition within 4 days of delivery. Shipping, our custom design fee for custom designs, and payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
Samples cannot be returned. Please contact us if there was an issue with your sample upon arrival.
Refunds
We take the utmost pride in each product sold by Zayla Designs LLC. Once production begins, we’re unable to make any changes. Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of these stationery designs, we are unable to refund purchases once production has begun. The product you order, cannot be sold to someone else since it has your personal details and event specifications.
