DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery dates are predicted on timely receipt of all materials and information to be supplied by the Client. Every attempt will be made to meet the delivery date, but unforeseen or unavoidable delays not caused by Zayla Designs LLC will not constitute a breach of the project agreement.
Local clients are required to make arrangements to receive their order within 5 business days of completion. Failure to do so will result in automatic shipping and the client will be charged accordingly for shipping and handling via Federal Express or United States Postal Service (Rush shipping options are available).
The products of clients not located in South Florida will be shipped via Federal Express or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Rush shipping options are available and can be used upon request. Shipping costs will be assessed before shipping of the products and will be assessed in a new invoice once the order is completed and ready for shipping.
Though every effort is made to pack your products as safely as possible, Zayla Designs LLC is not responsible and will not be held liable for any items damaged while in possession of the shipping carrier. Zayla Designs LLC is also not held liable for any delivery guarantees that are not withheld by the shipper due to any reason of their own. Ink and Elegance is not responsible for any breakage or damage of invitations that occurs in the mail from the client to their guest.
Zayla Designs LLC is not responsible for any postal charges. If Zayla Designs LLC mails invitations directly to guests, Zaylallc is not responsible for any invitations lost or damaged in the mail. Zayla Designs LLC is not responsible for how postage or other labels are applied to the outside mailer.
**THE WEDDING INDUSTRY’S RAPID RECOVERY FROM COVID-19 CLOSURES HAS CAUSED DELAYS WITH OUR PRINT PARTNERS AND SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS ARE SOMETIMES CAUSING CERTAIN ITEMS TO BE UNAVAILABLE. KNOW THAT WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO NAVIGATE THE SITUATION WITH AS MUCH TRANSPARENCY AS POSSIBLE. TIMELINES IN THIS CONTRACT ARE ESTIMATES ONLY – WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO GUARANTEE EXACT DELIVERABLE DATES.**
Your job will not be printed without your signed or emailed approval.
If you need a job in less than the allotted time frame, Zaylallc has the right to charge a RUSH FEE, calculated on the quantity of your order. Without a RUSH FEE will be attempted but not guaranteed. Turnaround time is calculated as Monday- Friday ( not including holidays and starts the day AFTER you approve your proof and pay your final invoice (unless otherwise notified).
For All Paper Invitation Suites with no laser cutting, foil print, or wax seals.
*Allow a 15 to 25 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) turnaround once you approve your proof and pay your final invoice to complete your project (unless otherwise notified)
For all Acrylic invitation suites or laser cut suites
*Allow 6-8 weeks.
For All Paper Boxed invitations, Scroll invitations, Custom Folio Invitations, and Fabric Suites (or any suites that included any of these elements).
*Allow a 2-3 months turnaround to complete your order.
For All Silk Boxed Invitation Suites
*Allow a 3-month turnaround to complete your order.
*Our Custom Fabric Boxed invitation suites are designed to your specifications and handmade so they require an additional timeframe for production. We ask that you place your order at least 4 months in advance.
*For any suites that included multiple elements please refer to the time frame required for the more elaborate element.
*These timeframes do NOT include the time needed to mail the invitation to you or design the invitation. These time frames only include manufacturing/processing time once final proofs are approved and the project has been paid in full. Please Add 4-7 days for shipping to Zayla Designs LLC from the manufacturer and shipping time to you to all timeframes above.
